542 East Productions is a multimedia production and design company located in the historical Fairhaven district of Bellingham Washington. 

Started in 2001 by partners Craig Merriman and Bernadette Castner, 542 East Productions originally started by promoting the Winter Sports Industry through film, television and print media. The original and on-going culture of the company is one rooted in the snowy mountains of Mt. Baker Ski Area, hence name 542 East, mirroring the 542 East Mt Baker Highway Route.

To date, 542 East Productions has fulfilled a niche in the multi-media production and design market by being one of the only production companies in the Whatcom area able to offer complete "in-house" DVD, Web and Video production capabilities.
